Get Into Gear, The First-Ever LollaShop is Now Open

The quintessential music festival, Lollapalooza, is coming up this weekend. And the party is starting early with Lollapalooza’s first ever pop-up shop!

LollaShop (332 S. Michigan Ave) is conveniently located across from Grant Park at the corner of Van Buren and Michigan Ave.  The temporary retail space is full of carefully curated items that will have you festival-ready in no time.

Expect to find BAGGU totes and backpacks in nylon, canvas and leather (don’t overlook their cool iPad covers); fannie packs with speakers by Jammypack; cutoff shorts, screenprinted tanks and crossbody bags from Rad and Refined; Sony headphones; Goorin Bros. fedoras, cloches and floppy hats; the official Lollapalooza t-shirt designed by Gap; and  Lolla-themed t-shirts, tanks and onesies courtesy of Threadless. There is even a great selection of baubles provided by local jewelry designer Jules.

Well, shopping is only a fraction of the fun you will experience at LollaShop. There are Lollapalooza ticket giveaways scheduled for July 30 and August 2, from 5PM-7PM. Plus, the adjacent Thompson Hotel Lounge will host listening and after parties, artist signings and even yoga classes.
