With its vertical structure and ample amount of stores, Water Tower Place is a major shopping destination for both tourists and locals who venture to the Magnificent Mile.
Besides the fact that this 8-level mall houses over 100 shops and provides consumers with atypical “mall food”, there is over 30 years worth of history that makes Water Tower place a “must see” in Chicago. And that’s where the newly launched Water Tower Place historic tour comes in.
Beginning April 6, Water Tower Place will offer free 30-minute tours every Friday at 3PM. Each tour will be conducted by one of the center’s experts and will involve fun-fact sharing about the center’s fascinating history. The tours will begin on the Michigan Avenue side and end on Level 7 at Candyality, where guests can explore the “Life is Sweet” museum. Also, participants will receive a complimentary Water Tower Place tote bag, $10 Foodlife gift card and special offers from participating retailers. A pretty sweet deal for a free tour, right?
Visitors and locals can take advantage of this great opportunity to experience Water Tower Place in a unique way. To register, simply visit shopwatertower.com at least 24 hours in advance.*
And of course, don’t forget to shop!
*If you have a large party (15+), you can book a special tour for any day of the week, during business hours, by contacting Katie Lindsay at 312-654-9688 at least 4 weeks in advance.
