Dose Market returns for round #3 (appropriately named “Dose Tres”) this Sunday. And from the looks of it, this market keeps getting bigger and better.
Launched in June, Dose Market has already gained significant exposure and accolades for being one of the best European-style markets in Chicago. It is the brainchild of April Francis of The Haute Closet, Emily Fiffer of DailyCandy Chicago, Heather Spearling of Tasting Table Chicago and Jessica Herman of Time Out Chicago; all of whom are experts in their respective fields. The result is an overwhelmingly good mix of local fashion and food vendors.
Past Dose Market events have exposed Chicagoans to the fashion offerings of merchants like Luxury Garage Sale (consigned designer duds at a great price), DRAPES (statement jewelry and accessories) and Lisa Spagnolo (hard-to-pass-up handbags and totes). The edible goodies included sweet treats by BullsEye Baking Co. and truffles by Truffle Truffle.
In addition to fashion and food, vendors like Suitor was on hand to expose everyone to the beauty of great stationery; while Study supplied unique furniture and home decor options.

Since the vendors change every month, you will find a new selection of goods for August. Among the 42 vendors, here’s what to expect: La Colombe serving their tasty variety of coffee roasts, Lillie’s Q enticing patrons with pulled pork sandwiches (YUM!), Dose Market vet Cities in Dust debuting their new collection of accessories, and local fashion favorite C/FAN showcasing her hand painted tees and tanks.
Dose Market is THE place to learn about the best of what Chicago has to offer. To successfully navigate the entire market, be prepared to make a day of it and also use my Dose Market mantra “Shop, eat, then repeat”. It works like a charm every time.
